Cut properly, for the dish you are making
A curry cut is not a karahi cut, and neither is a biryani cut. Getting that right is most of the difference between a good result and a disappointing one.
Our counter is staffed by people who cut meat for a living, not people who take it out of a chiller cabinet. Tell us the dish, the number of people and how long you have got, and we will cut and trim it to suit. If you want the bone in for the gravy, say so. If you want it off, that is fine too.
Everything on the counter comes out of the same cutting room and the same cold store as our wholesale product, and is subject to the same halal handling and temperature controls.
At the counter
What you will find
- 01 Fresh daily The counter is cut from fresh product, not defrosted stock. What is on display is what came through the cutting room, rotated properly.
- 02 Custom cutting Curry cut, karahi cut, biryani cut, chops to a thickness, mince to a plate size, legs boned and butterflied. Ask and it gets done there and then.
- 03 The full range Lamb, mutton, beef, goat and chicken, plus offal, trotters, bones for stock and marinated lines for the grill.
- 04 Family & freezer packs Mixed boxes packed in freezer-ready portions so nothing has to be split at home. Contents can be swapped for what you actually cook.
- 05 Marinated & prepared Seekh kebab, boti, tikka, koftas and burgers, ready for the grill. Useful when you are feeding a crowd at short notice.
- 06 Order ahead Ring or message ahead for larger orders, whole legs, or a carcass for a function, and it will be ready when you arrive.

Collection is always available, and there is no minimum. For larger orders, please ring or message ahead so it is picked and prepared rather than you waiting at the counter.
